  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups
  • pretzel sticks
  • Oreo cookies
  • chocolate kisses

Method
 

  1. Place one pretzel stick into each peanut butter cup. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the food coloring until it is fully green. Place a small amount of chocolate on the Oreo cookies, and top with the chocolate kisses. Spread melted chocolate onto a plate and top with broomsticks and witch hat cookies. Let sit until it is completely set.
