- Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, milk, egg, ketchup, mustard and breadcrumbs.
- Spoon the meatloaf mixture into 12 greased muffin cups. For the brown sugar glaze, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Evenly spread the glaze over each muffin. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
