shredded cheddar cheese

cooked and crumbled bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Evenly divide mashed potato mixture into 12 greased muffin cups.
Top each with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
