Macaroni and Tomatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter or bacon grease
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, with juices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place pasta into a large bowl.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter or bacon grease. Add in tomatoes along with the juices, salt and pepper. Cook for a minute to heat through. Mix with pasta.
