Method
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Place cookies onto a plate in a single layer. Place one chocolate marshmallow on each cookie. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
