Lemon White Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg and lemon juice, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
