Lemon Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup green sanding sugar

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
Roll cookies into balls and roll each one into the sanding sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
