Lemon Cake Mix Red, White and Blue Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red, white and blue sanding sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Place sanding sugars into three shallow dishes.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one into a dish of sanding sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
