Lemon Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch baking chips.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
