  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch baking chips.
  2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
