Italian Roasted Carrots

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Place sliced carrots into a small baking dish and mix with olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
