Icee Cookie Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package blue raspberry icee sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies and cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls, and set onto a plate.
  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each truffle into the melted chocolate, and set onto a plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
