Icee Cookie Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 package blue raspberry icee sandwich cookies, crushed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies and cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls, and set onto a plate.
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each truffle into the melted chocolate, and set onto a plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
