Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place a large bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes. Using a hand mixer, beat heavy whipping cream in the chilled bowl along with granulated sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat until stiff peaks form. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
