In a large measuring cup, combine warm water with granulated sugar and active dry yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine flour, dry milk powder and salt.
Add in yeast mixture and olive oil, mix until a dough forms. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth. Place dough into a large greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 425 F. Deflate dough and form into 3 balls and spread each out into a greased 9-inch cake pan. Evenly spread each pizza with pizza sauce and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with pizza toppings and bake for 15 minutes.
