Ingredients

( 15 oz.) can
chickpeas, drained

cloves
garlic, minced
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1/4
teaspoon
ground cumin
Instructions
Drain chickpeas, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Place all of the ingredients except for the chickpea liquid into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding in the liquid until desired consistency.
Serve with vegetables or crackers.
