Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Method
 

  1. Drain chickpeas, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Place all of the ingredients except for the chickpea liquid into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding in the liquid until desired consistency.
  2. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
