Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease a 13-inch pizza pan and press pizza dough into the pan.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add in minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in flour and cook for a minute to brown.
Whisk in heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese and salt. Continue to whisk over medium heat until sauce is smooth and has thickened.
Evenly spread the alfredo sauce around the pizza, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
