Halloween White Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • green, purple, and orange food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Divide the cookie dough between three bowls, and mix green food coloring into one, purple into another, and orange into the last one.
  • Fold 1/3 cup white chocolate chips into each cookie dough. In a shallow dish, whisk granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls.
  • Roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
