Halloween Twix Stuffed Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • purple food coloring
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • Halloween Twix candy bars

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the purple food coloring and mix until it is fully purple. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and place one Twix candy bar in each cookie dough. Roll into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
