Halloween Peanut Butter Covered Nutter Butter Cookies

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each cookie in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
