  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Halloween M&Ms

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles, chocolate chips, and M&Ms. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
