Halloween Chocolate Peanut Butter Covered Oreo Cookies

- Oreo cookies
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each cookie in the chocolate mixture and set onto plates. Top with sprinkles, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
