Halloween Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt and baking powder.
  2. Fold in the sprinkles. Spread the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
