Grinch Peanut Butter Covered Fudge Stripe Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- green food coloring
- fudge stripe cookies
- heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green.
- Fully coat each cookie in the mixture, and set onto a plate. Top with a sprinkle, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
