Grinch Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • green food coloring
  • heart sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Add in green food coloring until it is fully green.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Top each one with a sprinkle. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
