Method
- Place the frosting and chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with sprinkles. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
