Grinch Butterfinger Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • heart sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Place candy corn and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the food coloring. Coat each butterfinger bite in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles and let sit until set.
