Grinch Buttercream Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • heart shaped sprinkles

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix butter with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring.
  2. Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Top with sprinkles and let sit until it is completely set.
