Preheat oven to 350 F. Separate biscuit dough into biscuits. Place one biscuit dough into each 16 greased muffin tins.
In a large bowl, combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk and 1/2 of the french fried onions. Divide the green bean mixture evenly between the biscuit cups.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each cup and top with the remaining half of the french fried onions. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
