In a medium bowl, mix crushed Oreos with butter and press the mixture into a baking dish. Mix the cream cheese and cool whip together until smooth. In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix with milk until it is thickened.
Spread half of the cool whip mixture over the crust. Top with the pudding mixture and the remaining half of the cool whip mixture. Top with crushed golden Oreo cookies. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
