In a large bowl, combine butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and molasses. Add in milk and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the heated flour, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves, mix until it is fully combined.
Place the cookie dough onto half of the pretzels. Sandwich with the remaining pretzels.
Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Dip half of each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate and set onto plates. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
