Gingerbread Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together butter, eggs, brown sugar, molasses and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger until smooth.
  • Evenly spread the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
