Ghost Oreo Balls
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) package Oreo cookies
- 1 ( 8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. white candy melts
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Place Oreo cookies into a large Ziploc bag, crush until fine crumbs. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Form mixture into balls, set onto plates.
- Place candy melts in a large microwave safe bowl, melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each Oreo truffle into the melted chocolate. Set back onto plates.
- Top each with candy eyes, let chocolate set.
