Ghost Butterfinger Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • candy eyes

Method
 

  1. Place candy corn and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each butterfinger bite in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes and let sit until set.
