Method
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate, and refrigerate until the chocolate is completely set. Place the frosting into a piping bag, and pipe frosting onto each marshmallow in a football pattern. Refrigerate until it is completely set.
