  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter with sugar, egg, and crushed Oreo cookies. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
