Flourless Peanut Butter Monster Eye Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with candy eyes.
