Flourless Peanut Butter Easter M&M Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
