Flourless Peanut Butter Easter M&M Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter with egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
