Flourless Peanut Butter Easter M&M Chocolate Chip Blossom Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
