Flourless Peanut Butter Christmas M&M Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Christmas M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter with both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
