  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  2. Press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
