Flourless Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Using a cookie scoop, place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
