Flourless Halloween Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners and bake for 12-15 minutes.
