  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners and bake for 12-15 minutes.
