Flourless Easter Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • chocolate kisses

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
