Espresso Covered Oreo Cookie Blossoms
Ingredients
- Oreo cookies
- 12 oz. espresso baking chips
- chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Place the espresso baking chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each Oreo cookie into the mixture. Set onto a plate, and top with a chocolate kiss. Let sit until the cookies are completely set.
