Easy Three Ingredient Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ( 6 oz.) box cornbread stuffing mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until combined.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf and place into a greased 9-inch loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
