Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine seasonings. Rub olive oil over each drumstick. Sprinkle evenly with seasoning mixture. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
