Easter Peanut Butter Stuffed Ritz Crackers
Ingredients
- Ritz crackers
- peanut butter
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- Easter sprinkles
Instructions
- Evenly spread peanut butter onto half of the Ritz crackers. Sandwich with the remaining crackers.
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each Ritz cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate, and decorate with the sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
