Easter Peanut Butter Covered Fig Newtons

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • fig newtons
  • Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Coat each fig newton in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles, and let sit until it is completely set.
