Easter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
